cela faisait plusieurs jours que je voulais me prendre un ONE PLUS 5, après plusieurs recherches vidéos forum etc...
je passe à l'action:
-je passe commande (pressé comme tout)
-une fois que gearbest me donne le tracking tous les jours je regarde la position de mon téléphone...
-une fois le téléphone en France la pression monte chez moi je vais bientôt recevoir mon colis
-un jour je vérifie et que vois je? mon colis a été déposé dans ma boite aux lettres
-je me dépêche de rentrer du travail pour récupérer ce précieux colis...
-j'ouvre la boite aux lettre que vois-je? rien du tout
-je me dis qu'il y a surement un problème chez Colissimo donc je patiente 2 jours... mais toujours rien...
Le cauchemars commence...
-je contacte colissimo pour expliquer la situation il me font remplir un formulaire
puis je contacte Gearbest et la c'est la catastrophe!!!!!!:

je n'ai rien recu dans ma boite aux lettres.
c'est quand meme inadmissible de déposer un un colis de cette valeur comme un simple courrier.
j'espere que vous allez trouver une solution car vous avez encaissé l'argent d'un téléphone que je n'ai jamais recu!!!
