Hello and good evening to all of you!
I have a little (?) problem with my beloved Chuwi Vi8 Dual OS.
I bought on Frebruary and it had Android and Windows 8.1
When i got it i though that the space allocated for each system was little so i decided to make it only Windows.
I read a lot on your forum and i finally i did it with success, thanks of your precious information and guides!
I cleared evey partition and I made a usb bootable with Win10 and formated and installed everything and it was working fine till a couple of days that i did something terrible.
I wanted to revert back to the dual os situation and i read this topic. I downloaded everything and started from bios flashing but i got stuck there....
I saw 3 different bioses for some serials but I didn't see something that belongs to my version. I was very sceptical to do it, but in the end i took the decision to go on, with the 3rd bios that seemed closer to my version and bam!
I have blanc screen. The tablet powers up but i get only black screen with backlight on.
I went right away to next step blindly to write the android part hoping that it would ghange something,
That step finished with success also but I still have no picture.
I read that I can do my job with a microHDMI connector to HDMI. Ok i ordered one such thing but my problem now is that I can't find my original bios...
I shearched the whole internet for it and no luck. The only place that i saw something but it was in russian, is in a russian forum that i can't even register because i don't understand anything, no even which are the buttons to register... <:-/
By the way I wrote so much and i don't want to get you tired with so many words.
I 'll write here my chuwi's serial and bios ver. hopping that you could guide me to do something about it.
My tablets serial and bios ver. is as follows: S/N : Q32G22150600162 and BIOS : CHUWI2.D86JHBNR02

Please, if anyone of you could give me a link or any info about this bios, i would appreciate so much!!!

Yes! of course. Everywhere. The all seem to have those bioses that you have here.
1-BIOS-CHUWI.D86JLBNR03
1.1-BIOS-CHUWI.D86JDBNR03
and
2-BIOS-CHUWI.D86JUBNR01



p.s. to be honest, i didn't try those full downloads that are more than 5GB (5,6,7GB) because of the time that i need to download and look at them.
I tried to download everything that says something about BIOS or ROM etc. and have a look...

Are you sure that the bios have to be changed? I am not!

But my screen got black (or blanc with backlight on to be more specific) exactly after the wrong(?) bios.... It was fully working before and when i flashed the 2-BIOS-CHUWI.D86JUBNR01 from the 1st post, black screen! What else could have happened???

Yes... My bad...
Following the guide here, I though that i have to do it from the begining.
1. Flash bios
2. Flash Android etc
and finally 3. Setup my windows partition.

That is why i choosed to flash one of those 3 bioses.
I was following the guide... <:-)

By the way, it 's my fault of course, i don't blame anyone else. I was a little harry to do it...

I 'll take a look on that link that you wrote before and i'll let you know.

Ooooh God!
That forum have only one firmware for Vi8 Plus (next model) and the worst thing...: They have download link to baidu!!! Have to register to a foreign language that i don't understand again...

So, the final move is to Ask Anybody Here if anyone has the same tablet (serial maybe) as mine do me a favor and take a BIOS dump / backup for me pleeeaaaseee!!!
